Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Each and every order is a priority, therefore orders may be processed prior to the allowed 5 business days. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons. Your entire order will be shipped once this product is produced and ready for dispatch. If you encounter any concerns regarding the associated timeframe, please send an email info@engrainedapparel.com within 12 hours. If no email is received within this timeframe, your order will be processed as is, and no exceptions will be made.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (2-3 Business Days) as well as EXPRESS SHIPPING (1 Business Day) for $15. Keep in mind, Estimated time of arrivals are based off of when the product has shipped. Shipping and Handling is fulfilled through USPS.
